Website information

The website describes generally available services and starting prices. Final scope, pricing, timelines, usage allowances and deliverables are confirmed in a written proposal or service agreement.

Audit requests

Submitting a lead-leak audit request does not create a client relationship or guarantee that an audit will be prepared. We may review each request for fit, scope and availability.

Service agreements

Paid services are governed by a separate written agreement addressing fees, implementation, client responsibilities, third-party usage, data access, recurring services, cancellation and intellectual property. If that agreement conflicts with this page, the signed service agreement controls.

Estimates and results

Calculator outputs and examples are illustrative estimates. End Signal LLC does not guarantee recovered revenue, cost savings, lead volume, booked appointments, reviews or other business results. Outcomes depend on factors outside our control.

Artificial intelligence and automation

Automated systems may produce incomplete or incorrect responses and require appropriate business oversight. Specific approval, escalation and monitoring responsibilities are defined in the applicable service agreement.

Permitted use

You agree not to interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful or harmful material, or use the website in a way that violates another person’s rights.

Third-party services

The website may link to or integrate with third-party services. End Signal LLC is not responsible for the availability, content or independent practices of those services.

Changes

We may update these terms as the website and services change. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised website terms.
